We regretfully inform you that the TNVM organization is currently experiencing serious governance disputes. This includes the formation of a new Board without adherence to the TNVM bylaw election procedures and the alteration of TNVM digital and banking passwords without the Board\u2019s approval in April 2025.<\/p>\n
To safeguard the integrity and best interests of the TNVM organization, an Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held in May 2025. As a corrective action, a “NO CONFIDENCE” motion was executed adhering to the TNVM bylaws, and the concerned parties and community members were notified following the legal protocols during June and July 2025.<\/p>\n
Following the receipt of the legal notice indicating the violations of the TNVM bylaws, the concerned parties have recently modified the TNVM bylaws in their favour, which is again legally questionable. Consequently, both the dispute and their actions are currently undergoing legal scrutiny.<\/p>\n
We respectfully notify the Community members, Sponsors and Patrons to be aware of the TNVM governance dispute and the associated legal proceedings. Also, we kindly request everyone for your patience, as these legal proceedings may take considerable time. Our updates to the community have experienced some delays due to legal restrictions and clearance protocols. We encourage you to keep an eye on this page for the permitted legal disclosures, and for the final notification from the legal department once the dispute has been fully resolved.<\/p>\n
